The Haven at Shoal Creek

I've lived here just shy of a year and really like it. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood. The walls could be a little thicker but they're decent for apartment living. Large, spacious kitchen with all updated appliances and fixtures. I've only had positive experience with the managerial team here who all demonstrate great professionality. The price is great for the product and in comparison to comparable properties in the area.

Do not trust this manager or staff. We were told 3 different prices for a rental agreement. 1347$, 1450$ then when I was about to sign a lease the day of move in it said 1550$. Then they were rude because we wanted it fixed.then when I wanted my money back the 300$ they hung up on us. The staff and the manager had an excuse for everything. They get to keep my money and this was all with in 5 days of back and fourth. I asked to speak with the owner to let them know how horrible the plce is and I got no one to respond. Was told new carpet was laid. That was a lie too. More happened but they rip people off and get away with it. I was told her dad just died and she didn’t know what was happening. Don’t ask for the manager she is paid to do nothing.

My girlfriend and I recently moved in just a couple weeks ago, while doing so we had great help from our Property Manager, Saylor and Leasing Consultant Alek! I called into the Leasing Office multiple times throughout the move in process and they were able to direct me in the right direction with every question I asked! I highly recommend this beautiful and affordable spot in Liberty, MO!

14 MONTH LEASE REVIEW!!! Here’s my honest opinion about living here “””THE PRO’S”””” This is a very beautiful property inside and out, with plenty of amenities. I’ve never had any negative encounters with the staff. I’ve dealt with Jason “management “ and he’s always been professional and easy to work with. The maintenance team/ groundskeeper is always picking up trash, removing leaves and debris around the doors to our apartment/walkways. Pest control comes out every 3 months as routine maintenance, furnace filters replaced every 3 months. “”””THE CONS””” These apartment walls and floors are VERY VERY VERY thin! My move-in experience was amazing! The staff were incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions. This is my first apartment, and I highly recommend it!
