The Haven at Rivergate

Lori was more than helpful, finding a apartment to fit my needs. I wanted the 3rd floor with a sunset view in which she provided me with. Lori was wonderful and easy to communicate with. Knowing my crazy work hours she was very accommodating with quick communication. She was very knowledgeable on what I needed from the beginning to the end of my leasing process. I also had a short dead line to move and her perfessionalism helpped lighten the load of stress on me and my move. THANKS AGAIN LORI FOR BEING GREAT!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the Haven Rivergate leasing office with an employee named Harper, who appeared to be the only staff member working at the time. I arrived right at opening (10:00 a.m.) and was met with an unwelcoming attitude. He immediately asked, “What do you want?” and initially refused to let me in. When I explained that I needed assistance and went into the office, he continued to be unprofessional, repeatedly blaming me for not having a sticker on my car and providing no helpful guidance. I am a night-shift nurse and have lived at Haven Rivergate for almost three years without any previous issues, but this interaction was unlike anything I have ever experienced. Harper took me through the tour of the apartments and they are so clean, modern and well kept! The tour was great! After the tour, I applied and Ms. Lorri took me through the process of moving in and getting me everything I needed to complete the process! She was so helpful from the move in process to ensuring I was settled in all good a couple weeks after I moved in! She was very thorough and professional but personable enough to where I know she truly cared about my situation! Been super happy here and been in the office multiple times and Ms. Lorri has been more than helpful for anything else I have needed!

I initially came to view the apartments and worked with Ms. Lorri Shaffer. She was knowledgeable in addressing all of my concerns and really helped me with the entire process. She communicated with me the whole time. Since moving in the leasing office staff have been so helpful and diligent in addressing any concerns I have. They are always pleasant and willing to assist. I have enjoyed living here so far. The PM (property manager) Antoinette and the AM (assistant PM) Harper are always such a pleasure. They communicate well and really care about the residents. The property is well kept and they always try and host events to bring the residents together. Both the maintenance personnel are quick and efficient in addressing any work orders. Great placd

I was looking for an apartment , in charlotte its very challenging and expensive to find a good and safety location,! Well , we decided my son and I to make selections of a few community to visit in person, but none of them were available or the time to have a response regarding my application take to long! Three weeks ago at the enddddddd of one of our "recherche " 😆 🤣 😂 😹 my son has a brilliant idea to suggest me to take a look On that property , the HEVAN Of RIVERGATE.
