The Harrison at Windsor Hill

Great place to call home! The grounds are beautiful, the maintenance crew is top-notch, and the office staff actually cares about the residents. I’ve had no major issues since moving in and would definitely renew my lease here.

I had a great experience living at The Harrison. From Trice in the office to all of the maintenance staff, everyone was kind and responsive. The units and property were clean and well taken care of. If ever move back to Charleston this property would be the first place I look.

I frequently visit the property and one of the maintenance crew member I had the opportunity to speak with was Shawn Gayle. He is very focus and I admire how he did not hesitate fixing my friend's A/C. He did not wait nor made excuse, he went out his way to purchase the part needed came back and immediately fixed the problem. He has been the greatest leader over maintenance since the years of me visiting this property. Thank you and keep doing what you're doing Shawn.

Shawn from maintenance was outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and provides excellent customer service from diagnosing and resolving issues down to just saying hello. He takes the time to explain the issue, fix it efficiently, and makes sure everything is working properly before leaving. Thank you Shawn!

I just recently moved in. The staff is awesome. I have to give great appreciation to Candice. She actually called me at the right time ( when I was about ready to pull my hair out) to talk about an apartment available. She was the only staff member from any apartment complexes that I have been looking at that actually took time out of her day to talk to me and listen to what I had to say. I just want to say thank you. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart. Great place to live!!
