I have lived here for over 9 1/2 years and just signed a new lease. There are many improvements being made that have been great and made it much safer. Maintenance requests are handled within a couple of days. I rarely see any bugs (maybe one per month) and have not had any issues with them. This is a desert, so bugs are going to happen. The office staff here is great as well. They are quick to get maintenance requests in, are very helpful with any needs that I may have and are a pleasure to work with. Gena, in particular, is an amazing asset to the company and I look forward to seeing her when I have a need in the office. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe, affordable, and roomy apartment. You won't be disappointed!!!!!
DONT MOVE HERE!! STAY AWAY!! My family & I made the worst decision ever of moving here, it’s a real life hell hole and overall ghetto and disgusting. Since the beginning of this year we’ve been constantly dealing with issue after issue, it never ends. We stay on first floor and have the most noisiest upstairs neighbors, they’re so ignorant. A family of 4-5 staying in a ONE bedroom apartment is crazy. Their kids are always jumping, running back & forth, the walls are literally so thin you can hear almost everything!! Our AC system broke down a couple months back and it took their maintenance team to fix it for a month and a half. The fan wasn’t doing any justice we had to purchase a $500 portable ac in the meanwhile, then they had their yearly inspection came in and saw it and the main mana
Living here has been a nightmare. The building is infested with cockroaches, and despite countless emails, management either ignores concerns or just sends pest control to spray my unit, which does nothing because the surrounding units are not treated. The infestation keeps coming back, and it’s disgusting having to throw out food that roaches get into. When I asked to end my lease early due to the unlivable conditions, management refused to cooperate even though Nevada law (NRS 118A.290) requires them to maintain a habitable property. They have been unresponsive, dismissive, and unwilling to take real action to fix the problem. If you value your health, safety, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This place is not worth the stress or risk.
Unsafe Living Conditions and Staff Ignores Extreme Heat and Maintenance Requests This review isn’t about a bad experience , it’s about an ongoing failure to meet even the most basic obligations. I’ve lived here for several months, but recently things have gotten out of control. The air conditioning in my unit hasn’t worked for over two weeks, and the system doesn’t turn on at all. I really regret not visiting before moving here from Arizona. Temperatures have been consistently over 100 degrees, and yet management continues to brush me off. I’ve submitted multiple work orders, spoken to staff in person, and emailed the office, but nothing has been done. I’ve started to suspect they’re deliberately not logging my complaints. Each time I walk into the office, I’m met with vague responses a
Rude , tends to lecture tenants about having to “drop everything” to tend to a serious issue. I may have posted a review about this place before. anyhow aside from the murders, roaches, pests, lack of professionalism from the staff and lack of apartment complex up keep. My brother lost everything during the monsoon. His roof caved in and destroyed everything. So he is staying with us temporarily. He tried calling the office only for the office staff member to chew him out when all he wanted was the roof to be fixed. This isn’t the first time he has issue with the apartment and it’s staff. His AC was out for almost a month during the heat wave they said they’d get to him but no information was given as to when he first spoke to them. He has receipts for every call and interaction. He may
