The Halsten at Vinings Mountain

Just recently I moved out of this apartment. It was an absolute disaster. I had a serious gnat infestation for months (my entire pregnancy). My apartment also became extremely infested with mold(which I believe caused the gnats). The mold issue was so severe - MUSHROOMS grew from my ceiling. Maintenance was emailed multiple times to come fix the mold and gnat issue ( Peter was very helpful tho). When they finally came after weeks and weeks of emailing, they tore down my closet where they found moisture which was done 2 days before I brought my child home. When I finally gave birth.. mold was still growing around me and my baby. Here to give an updated and thorough review of The Halsten at Vinings. I have been a tenant here since 2020. From ownership changes to management changes, I have lived seamlessly throughout my years of being here. Alexis has been amazing here she arrived. Always admit about making sure my needs are met in a timely manner. Alliyah is the best Property Manager EVER! There has not been a time when she hasn't come through for me in my 5+ years living here. She left and came back and didn't miss a beat. I'm here to tell you that this complex is probably the best hidden gem in ATL especially with pricing. Great area to live and very convenient.

I have lived in several apartments and these are the best by far. I love the layout and amenities. Plenty of space for my two daughters and I. The staff is always amazing. Any questions or maintenance issues they respond quick and keep me updated. Almost two years and haven’t had any major issues and it’s a safe environment to raise my daughters. I would recommend it to anyone.

Halsten at Vinings is a truly hidden gem. We lived a multi-level 2 bd 1.5 bath. Our unit was affordable, clean and beautifully updated. This is such a quiet beautiful area in Vinings that’s really tucked away. The grounds were very well maintained. The valet trash service was just great. Aliyah and team were always a pleasure. We moved due to other circumstances, but I’d choose Halsten again if I had to move. You really can’t ask for anything more in such a great area.

They constantly have maintenance issue here & they've been lying about the appearance of the "gym" since i've moved here, the gym has been storing non functional equipment for over a year yet they post pictures of a brand new gym as if they ever come to fix or replace anything & when you call to inquire about the equipment they lie & make it seem it's getting fixed soon. Below i've attached pictures of the gym as of today... the same unorganized, broken gym i've been seeing for over a year. (UPDATE 1/28/2026) since the last post they still have yet to fix anything in this "gym" they have 1 half working treadmill that your find yourself racing to use if you aren't the first in the gym, more equipment is missing / stolen & none of the electrical equipment is in order expert except the 1 br
