The Grow by Pulte Homes

Reviewing based on the video rendering. Serenbe in Atlanta looks amazing but the rendering for the Grow looks just like another cookie cutter Orlando neighborhood where way too many trees get chopped down. I really hope they keep an old Florida charm and don’t plan on bulldozing a ton of trees like every other neighborhood in central Florida (minus Windermere and other older towns who got it right)

Went by there. There's nothing. No signage no "Grow" designated property no main entrance no model homes, nothing.

I had the pleasure of exploring Serenbe (outside of Atlanta) and instantly fell in love with it, while admitting, also feeling jealous that Orlando had nothing like that for people who want to blur the lines between life and nature/agriculture. It is SO EXCITING to see The Grow coming to Orlando. From what I have read about agrihoods, this concept seems like the perfect fit for this area and for people who want to live in a place that offers more than just a home. I'm looking forward to seeing their plans for the farm and the rest of the ag related aspects.

What are the traffic plans? I live in East Orange County and traffic on rt. 50 is horrible! You’re adding almost 3,000 homes with no alternative to rt. 50. Are there any plans in this project to connect to the 408 directly without getting on rt. 50? If people are going to work at the research park of UCF what routes are they going to use besides rt. 50?

I'm really looking forward to what The Grow looks like 5 years from now! Growing up on a farm, it will be interesting to see an urban, modern adaptation of a mini-farm neighborhood.
