The Groves at Milford

The maintenance service at The Groves at Milford is one of the main reasons I have chosen to remain in this apartment for over five years. The team is consistently prompt, efficient, and highly reliable. Tim and Connor are always professional, courteous, and quick to address and resolve any household issues that arise. Their quality of service is truly commendable.

The maintenance team is amazing! I had a few issues that I wanted addressed and they showed up promptly and fixed all the issues! Connor is especially helpful in explaining how the problem could have happened and he was very friendly to talk too. Jen and Zoie are also super helpful whenever I call them to help get a work order put in or any other issues I might have. Keep up the good work everyone. I love living here!!

The groves maintenence service has gotten so much better with their Manager Tim & after hiring new maintenence workers to help him the service has become much faster with all the new staff . They are quick & professional. ! Thank you to the maintenence team for making our apartments better !

I lived here for two years, and while the rent was one of the lowest in the area for a 2 bedroom with hot water, gas, and in unit washer/dryer included (which was the main reason I chose it), the experience overall was very disappointing. When I moved in, both sinks were completely clogged. It took about a week to fix, and when maintenance did come, they left the bathroom and kitchen filthy — black residue everywhere, tools left behind, and personal items pulled from under the sink left scattered. A similar issue happened later with the toilet not flushing; again, they left a huge mess with splattered toilet water and black spots on the floor and walls.
