I've lived here for a while now and felt it was time to share a positive experience, especially since most reviews tend to focus only on the negatives. Like anywhere, you may have a few neighbors who aren't as considerate as you'd hope—but overall, this community is a great place to live. What really stands out is the dedication of the maintenance team. They work incredibly hard and always aim to resolve issues correctly the first time. I've seen them respond promptly and professionally, even while constantly battling illegal dumping from outside the property. I moved to the house and they gave me in poor conditions. More than 20 days already passed and nothing has been fixed!!! I already talked to the office and I also opened requests in the resident portal. It is a very frustrated situation.

I have lived here a little over 3 months the application and move in process was quick and smooth . I have had such a great living experience. Juanita is very knowledgeable in what she does and when I visited the property I had a great tour experience with Elizabeth she was very patient and was able to answer every question that I had. I have visited multiple apartments and they made me feel like I was just a number but Elizabeth did not. Elizabeth made me feel she cared and listened to my needs.

Is incredible how this place change in the last 7 years... pure trash in all the sense of the word, how is possible a normal day you open your window and the first you see is a guy doing pee on he's front garden!.. smoking weed on the park where the kids play... and pretending up the rent 300$ every years... thats insane we are paying almost 3k a month for a suppose decent neighborhood...
