The Grove

These are very beautiful Apartments, you feel like you’re living in luxury. The pool and barbecue area are always kept immaculate. I loved living there. Anytime I had to call for a maintenance issue, they responded the same day. I would highly recommend The Grove to anyone.

I absolutely love this place! The desk clerk Chris and Ashley are amazing and very sweet! And the maintenance men Dusty and Nelson are the best people ever we love them so much! 💕 I hope everyone realizes that kindness goes really far in this ugly world and they are all good people ! I had good maintenance experience with Dusty. I give him a 5. Always reliable, honest and no need to call back after he finishes his work. Please don't let him go. Thanks

I am a former resident of two different units in the Grove. When I came to tour, I was very impressed. Brand new buildings, nice amenities, plenty of room, etc. It all looked great. However, within a month of living there, I realized there was a massive roach and bug issue. I found them in my bed, shower, kitchen, couch, everywhere. I spoke to Dusty about it within that first month and he gave me an answer of “well, people want to say we have a roach problem, but it’s really from the [moving] trucks.” I knew that was completely false. I could see the roaches in the breezeways constantly, alive, as well as spoke to numerous other residents who confirmed they had the same issue. I tried to get this fixed with the staff at the Grove, and they had Massey spray multiple times. They also told me

I had a one year lease, my experience with this apartment complex was terrible. First few months bathroom and kitchen ceiling lights were faulty and went out. Paying rent is terrible being that I had the rent amount in account then being charged a “NSF” (insufficient funds) fee days after inputting the payment and being charged multiple times. Amenities are ok and service is ok when not home or sleeping if they are doing “maintenance” and you don’t answer the door they just open it and walk in. Also the front gate is almost never closed and packages with the “Luxer One” system was a pain to receive any type of package. Other than having an island and washer and dryer this place is NOT worth almost 2000$ for a 2 bed and bath.
