The Grove

I move out here a little over a year ago & my experience has been a very good one. Management has been great & the maintenance guys are simply awesome. I also like & appreciate new innovations by management here &:there. The new laundry equipments are great. Lovely & serene environment for those who love peace & quiet. I'll recommend these apartments 10 out of 10 times.

I love nature and the outdoors. Brookwood is a great place to live because you can walk the property. There are still plenty of trees and neat little sidewalks that run behind the buildings. When you walk into the office you will be greeted and always find a professional team who is happy to help. When we first moved into a ranch style apartment 9 years ago it was wonderful! A year later we moved into an Atrium building w/ the garage underneath as you never have to go outside to get into your car you are protected from the weather. I have great neighbors in the building and I've met some really great people during walking. Maintenance has not missed a beat, and they too, are always professional. Heat is included so. I would rate this place 0 stars if that was an option. It didn't even take the full 4 years that I have been living here to see all of the terrible aspects of this place. First of all, the apartments are way overpriced for what you're getting. They look nice at first, but they are shabby and everything falls apart so quickly. When you call maintenance you should expect a good couple of weeks before they come and fix anything. We had our dishwasher broken, so we called maintenance and asked them to fix it. After they didn't come for a few days we began calling everyday. About two weeks went by and they still hadn't come, so we had to go to the office and say that we have been waiting forever to have some help. The door to the building garage is constantly stuck open so anyone can get in or

I lived at Brookwood for 6 years in a 1 bedroom ranch. The staff and property manager were so accommodating whenever I needed to have something fixed. My corner was very quiet. Only issue that I had was parking and the trash removal. I hated the fact that I had to drive my trash to the dumpster, and that there were no parking spots near my apartment. I loved my neighbors, they were very friendly. The apartments are near everything, which was accommodating. I wouldn’t have left, but I felt it was time to buy a house. I will miss the staff, Katie, the Property Manager, and my neighbors. Thank you Brookwood for the wonderful 6 years! :)

Lived there for 4 years, a perfect one bedroom apartment for 2 years, and then an upgrade to the huge 3 bedroom town house before we bought a house. Loved the experience, always plowed and shoveled in the winter. Lawn was mowed. Every time we needed something we called the office and it was taken care of quick, easy, and quiet. Perfect place ! Recommended to everyone.
