I’ve had the opportunity to work on many of the larger projects at The Grove Apartment Complex in Colorado Springs over the past three years alongside property manager Chesterfield Hargrove, and it’s consistently been a great experience. Chesterfield is extremely organized and proactive. He stays on top of every project, communicates clearly, and makes sure issues are handled the right way — not just patched, but fully resolved. Tim, the maintenance supervisor, is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. I’ve even reached out to him for advice on jobs outside the property and he’s always willing to help. I've lived in the Grove apartments for a few months now and I love the management stuff. They are attentive and are quick to solve any issues that come up. Went I first walked in the office I was pleasantly greeted Briana. She was easy to talk to and knew all the answers to my questions. She understood my disability and patiently worked with me through the application process. The management team here really are the best I've had since I moved to Colorado Springs 6 years ago. I am grateful for their drive to making our living experience pleasant.
