The Grove at Raintree Pembroke Pines

Jean Pierre has no management skills terrible worker do not understand how he is employed. Raintree management has failed to address ongoing trespassing issues despite charging residents extra fees for supposed security measures. Unauthorized individuals continue to enter private property, yet no real action has been taken. We were promised increased safety, but nothing has changed. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience!

As a resident of The Grove at Raintree for the past year, I feel compelled to share my experience to warn potential buyers from making the same mistake I did. While the homes may appear beautiful and the neighborhood seemingly quiet, my time here has been marred by numerous issues that have made living here a nightmare. Similar to other reviewers, my experience at The Grove at Raintree has been disappointing. The walls between the townhouse units are paper-thin, resulting in constant disturbances from neighboring unit 1402. Despite reporting these disturbances to management, no action was taken, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard. Furthermore, the community management, particularly Michelle and Jean, the property manager and assistant property manager, have shown clear favoritism

The homes are beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet. But I notice there can be some favoritism when it comes to certain rules. The fact they say you’re not allowed to park in front of your own home because it’s for guest. Again you can’t park overnight in front of your own home if you live on a street that allows parking because they tend to guests over the owner. Its ridiculous and when you speak to the front office they’re no help. Michelle Castillo (the front Office manager) is very insensitive and rude.

Worst condominium that I ever lived, we moved with the intention to buy but thank God we didnt , gym it’s dirty . Ac never works been living there for 4 years and since I moved they still not figure out how To fix the AC at the gym.
