Maria is an excellent agent! She is very supportive, flexible and kind during the whole process for getting an apartment/condo. I was able to successfully get a beautiful 2-3 bedroom in Orlando, FL with my credit score and bankruptcy situation. My husband and I tried to find other places before this one but no other realtors or management can take us, until Maria came and swept us off our feet. We proceeded to do all application, signed lease, paid our deposit and rent fees, and she ensured we were more than settled when meeting her in our new home.
