The Grove at Parkside

I have ridden past many times to the grove at Parkside and I love how the building looks and is, but it’s always a hard time when I call. I never can get an answer. It’s like the call goes through, then it gets sent to voicemail . I really want to experience the life of being a tenant here, but I can never get through. By reading the comments, it sounds like it’s a lovely journey to start.

From the very first day I moved into The Grove, Ms. Robin has been amazing in helping with my transition. As the property manager, she’s been incredibly supportive, always providing exceptional customer service and making sure I had everything I needed to settle in smoothly. Anytime I’ve had an issue in the apartment, her staff has responded quickly and professionally to get it resolved. Ms. Robin is always either ready with the answer or points you in the right direction without hesitation. It’s reassuring to know that the property is managed by someone who truly cares about the residents.

The grove is a great place to live. All staff are very professional and friendly. Ms. Robin (the property manager) is always a major help to me whenever I have any questions, problems or concerns. If she doesn’t have an answer at that moment, she will reach out to me when she does in a timely manner. The apartments are spacious with nice size washers and dryers. Also it’s walking distance to the train station.

The Grove at Parkside is a Great Place to live, Building Manager and Staff are attentive to my requests and needs, they keep the building and grounds clean. Repairs are done in a timely fashion and keep up the great work.

Not sure of the young lady's name that assisted me but she was super helpful in answering all my questions about the application process, even with having just starting working in the rental office!. She was very fast and efficient and I look forward to becoming a resident here where they seem to care for all their residents!!! The Grove at Parkside definitely sets the standard when it comes to how property management should be!!! If she sees this review please let her know I appreciate her!!!
