The Grove at Highlands

Been living here for awhile (9+ years), not much to complain about (other than pool never being open it seems). Maintenance does a great job! Chill area close to bus stops and a park.

Maintenance is great. Paul was very helpful in an emergency situation. He came quickly and thoroughly resolved the issue. I was panicking and he didn't make me feel bad about it.

Paul freaking killed it! Best apartment maintenance man ever. He replaced our blinds with ease and is one funny dude. Glad to have him around!

Paul was here to fix the door on the storage same morning I put in request. very pleased with the response and with Paul. hope that requests in the future are handled as well.
