The Grove at Greenleaf

My move in experience was a little rocky but once I finally got moved in it has been a really good experience. The maintenance staff is a 10/10 I’ve had a couple of things come up in my unit and they are always on top of it so fast and if there is a minor delay someone is reaching out and keeping me in the loop. The grounds are well kept and I feel safe living here. I’m happy I decided to settle down here.

He is always courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in his work. Every time he’s called to assist, he arrives promptly, communicates clearly, and handles repairs efficiently and with great care. It’s evident that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents’ comfort and safety. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such a positive attitude and respect for residents. I wish I wasn't writing this review because I didn't have a ton of issues when I first moved into the apartment. Unfortunately, Ms. Joyner and Ms. Foxworth have left me no other option but to leave this review.On 1/21/2021, I put in a work order for maintenance to fix my sink that was filled with water. For the next three days, my apartment flooded a total of four times. I tried to call emergency maintenance to see what the problem could be and none of my phone calls were answered. On 1/24, I called the leasing office twice and went in person and begged for maintenance to come and help me. I showed Ms. Joyner photos and videos I took. I also watched her call and fail to get intouch with any of the maintenance staff. Finally, one of the staff came around 5pm. He took a plunger, pumped the s

We are very happy at Elme Apartments. We have been here over a year and in August resigned our lease for 2 years. Staff is friendly and inviting and ready to help with any issues.

This review is to shout out Luigi the maintenance worker. I put in a service request for a new living room Lamp, and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND, changing my AC Filter, my smoke detector battery, and the light bulbs in my hallway. He also noticed my faulty dryer hose and fixed that with a new one. I can't thank him enough for the work he did. Thanks Luigi!
