The Grove at Clermont

I’ve lived at The Grove for over a year, and it is hands down the best apartment I have ever lived in. Sylvia was amazing during the tour and application process. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I had planned to tour other apartments, but this one had everything I was looking for. Maintenance is quick to respond, the amenities are high quality, and they are always putting on fun events for residents. The staff also does not forget about you after you move in. They remember residents by name and regularly check in to see how things are going. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in Clermont!

The management team, particularly header, and the assistant property Silvia , are dedicated to ensuring your comfort and satisfaction. They are readily available to address any concerns or questions you may have. Having resided here for over three years, I can confidently assert that this is the best apartment complex I have ever experienced . And also don’t let me forget all the events.The quality of their services. They prioritize making you feel valued and treated as VIPs.

Although I haven’t had the opportunity to live here yet, simply walking the grounds spoke for itself. The community is clean, peaceful, and clearly maintained with pride. The apartments are beautiful, inviting, and thoughtfully put together. What stood out most was the office staff. After visiting multiple places during my search, this was the first time I experienced customer service that felt genuine rather than routine. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and carried themselves with professionalism. Heather, the manager, took the time to personally welcome me to the community, which made a lasting impression. The maintenance team here is phenomenal. Shout out to Victor, the maintenance manager, for having my vinyl flooring replaced so quickly. He is great at keeping in contact and making sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. I still cannot believe how fast the whole process took from beginning to end - so quick. Thanks, Victor and team. The office staff is always professional and friendly. The property is large with plenty of sidewalks and grass areas. It's also super close to Publix that you can walk there and save some gas. If you are on the fence about where to live...look no further than The Grove at Clermont.

Nothing I can say truly expresses how much we appreciate Jay from the maintenance team. He consistently provides exceptional service, approaching every request with professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness. He takes the time to ask detailed questions, get right to work, and when finished, clearly explains what was done and ensure everything is working properly. The entire maintenance team is great, but Jay has truly set himself apart. His reliability and attention to detail have earned our full trust.
