The Grove at Ardsley Park

I’m a realtor here in Georgia, and I was invited by Shatrelle to visit the community. From the moment I arrived, Yannis and Krystal gave me such a warm welcome. They took the time to show me around the property and highlight all the amazing features this community offers. I absolutely LOVE the location, as well as the incredible amenities available to residents. While I primarily assist home buyers, I’m truly looking forward to recommending this community to my clients who may not be quite ready for homeownership yet. I had a very sudden and short time framed move to Savannah that wouldn’t have worked out without Krystal. I had initially signed a lease agreement with 2 roommates that didn’t end up working out, however, Krystal made the paperwork and time crunch to get into a one bedroom seamless. She was readily available for all my questions and was so accommodating to my needs. Thanks again Krystal!

I really love this community—not only is the environment beautiful, but the surrounding shops and facilities are also incredibly convenient. I’ve lived here for two years, and because I like it so much, I have no plans to move. The new management team is very professional and has been doing an even better job than the previous team. Krystal, in particular, is warm, friendly, and has helped me solve many problems.

The new owners have been amazing to work with. My daughter is a College student living there for a year and had a lot of issues with the old Management. The new management has been wonderful to work with her and answered all her questions. They even came out and fixed something on Sunday when we called and asked for help.
