The Grove Apartments

I applied for an apartment in Feb got approved to move in this march. The day of the approval. The property manager Erica was extremely rude and agreesive about my rental history from over 16 years I questioned it and she told me I wasnt listening and it showed I had poor payment and rental history...I haven't had a eviction or late payment since.. I called to ask to see the apartment before moving in and I wasn't allowed bc erica kept being telling it wasn't ready. And could only see it on the move in date...But, I went to mention about the eviction notice she mentioned and showed how I was only evicted 1 and it was over a decade ago.. I asked for the corporate number and she refused to give it to me.. it so sad bc the apartment i was showed seemed nice.. I hate it for ppl needing a plac

I’ve recently moved in at the Grove earlier this month and I can honestly say that my experience living here so far has been great! Any issues I have; the main office handles them right away. The neighbors are friendly, the facilities are very well maintained and I overall love my apartment!

Their maintenance is very poor at getting the job done. I done had so many problems out this apartment since I moved in at the end of may. I done had to fixed multiple things myself which is crazy because I pay rent on time when I should be getting a discount for doing maintenance job. I do not recommend moving in these apartments at all. I have never had this many problems out any other apartment I had plus I never had maintenance that take this long to come fix stuff. It’s starting to get to the point I’m going to have to look at other apartments to move in.

Yall did good on my request still need screens on the windows I really enjoy my new home and all of them are friendly from the office and the maintenance When I first moved in I hard problem with the air not working but Erica she sent maintenance and they brought me window ac unit they got some one to check it out

I stayed in The Groves from November 2023-June 2024 I grew mold in my hall bathroom and the maintenance ONLY sprayed white paint over it only for it to come back. In January 2024 me and my kids stood outside at 5:30am-7am in the cold because our apartment almost caught fire because the wiring wasn’t right for the air/heat. No one from the office apologized nor called or came by the apartment to check on us as a tenant. The fire department put locks on everything until they fixed it and they bought 2 space heaters for us to stay warm.. once it got hot they brought a window unit bc they claimed to be waiting on parts for months. Maintenance was so called fixing the air but once I left for work they brought a window unit so from January 2024- June 2024 we had no air/heat. I moved bc in Februa
