I first worked with Danielle in 2013 to sell a home in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Even though the market in that area was just starting to recover from the "Great Recession" she was able to get my house sold very quickly and for a much higher price than I expected going in! Now in 2018 I found myself moving back to the area and immediately contacted Danielle to be my buyer's agent. She and her daughter Montgomery were excellent! They helped my family find a home we absolutely love and they were available almost 24/7 to answer questions, draft documents, and advocate on our behalf. I would not work with Danielle again. She’s professional and will stay on top of all administrative processes; however, she will not work for you as a seller to get the best price for your property. She will convince you to sell at slightly lower price so it sells quick and she moves on to the next. Find somebody who will accentuate the value of your house
