She does a mini inspection herself. Her level of Kindness, caring, and generosity is commendable. Pamela has changed my opinion pertaining to realtors. I was always under the assumption that buying a house was not hard and there was no need for a realtor. Oh boy I was wrong. After we found the perfect home the battle for the property began. We were dealing with a seller who did not want to make renovations but was willing to negotiate the price. Pamela guided us during the whole process, from nearly ten different inspections to finally negotiating the price down. As you can probably imagine, when we started talking about money off the original offer the “willing” seller started to back down from his previous statement.
