The Griffon at Vero Beach

What a great decision we made coming here! We were a little nervous when the property was sold, but everything just keeps getting better! The office girls and maintenance team are great. They always take care of whatever we need. Now I hear from the office girls there is agility equipment coming for the dog park and a brand new pickle ball court in addition to the amazing coffee each morning in the club house. We are renewing and staying until we are ready to buy our forever home. Highly recommend you do the same!!

I had the pleasure of visiting the Griffon Apartments yesterday and had the opportunity to meet with both Alysan and Jessica at the leasing office. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere they provided. Alysan and Jessica were not only friendly but incredibly knowledgeable about the apartment complex and its offerings. They took me on an extensive tour of the model unit and discussed all the exciting amenities that will be available once the project is complete. Their enthusiasm and attention to detail made me even more excited about the prospect of living at the Griffon. The model unit itself is truly exceptional. False Advertising at Its Finest: Griffon Apartments at Bero Beach, Florida Griffon Apartments in Vero Beach love to call themselves “luxury,” but that’s honestly laughable. The property is dirty and poorly maintained, and management clearly doesn’t care. The rental office staff have serious attitude problems—unfriendly, dismissive, and unprofessional from day one. Any concern feels like an inconvenience to them. Maintenance is a nightmare: requests take forever, and when they finally show up, they’re lazy and rush through fixes (if they fix anything at all). As for the apartment itself—nothing luxury about it. Old, worn-out carpet in the bedroom, cheap laminated floors pretending to be wood (extremely tacky), and the unit is tiny with closets so small they’re basically decorative. The
