The Grid Downtown Buffalo Apartments

I am very grateful for the Grid. It was my first apartment and I did not take enough time to prepare to move. They made everything super seamless and stress free. Alyssa and Cody are super supportive and accessible. They let me move in at like 10:30pm on a friday! Very safe and supportive community and the management was incredible. Could not recommend this apartment more!

I've lived at the Grid for almost 2 years and have had a very good experience. The location is great if you work downtown like I do, and it's not far from Peace Bridge if you want to take trips to Canada. The management has always been extremely helpful. They always make sure packages are safely in the Luxer lockers and even carried a huge package that couldn't fit in the locker up to my apartment when I was out of town. Someone, either management or the tenant liaison, can always be reached 24/7. I moved to Buffalo with no furniture so the furnished option was also a nice bonus. I have no complaints so far and only good things to say.

Great stay overall. Cody, the manager, was always available, helpful, and truly went above and beyond. He even helped me take my TV down when I was moving out. What really impressed me is that he knows everyone by name, that level of attention is rare and makes a big difference. The apartment was comfortable and well-maintained. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I had a great experience here. The property is beautiful with a full kitchen downstairs and an outside rooftop city view. There is also a great Gym. The staff is phenomenal and are always there to help and make you feel at home Cody and Alice’s are warm and friendly as well as knowledgeable about the Buffalo area. There are multiple computer rooms one of which has a laser printer residents are welcome to use. The apartments are full featured included washer/dryers a convection oven and refrigerator with ice maker. DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE in your quest to find a space in Buffalo

I recently moved to Buffalo and was honestly nervous about finding an affordable apartment in a good area. I’m so grateful I came across The Grid. From the moment I walked in, the experience has been great. The staff, have been extremely helpful and welcoming, which made the whole process so much easier. The building has amazing amenities like a gym, a beautiful rooftop, and in-unit laundry, which I really appreciate. Most importantly, I feel happy, comfortable, and secure living here. Huge thank you to Cody and Alyssa for all their support. I truly love my new home.
