The golf course itself is actually very nice. The fairways are well-kept, the greens roll true, and the layout is solid. Honestly, no complaints about the course conditions at all. The problem is the experience before you even tee off. The guy at the front desk completely ruins it. From the second we walked in, he acted like we were inconveniencing him just by being there. Super cold, impatient, and talked down to us like we were on tour and expected to play perfectly. God forbid you ask a simple question — you get attitude instead of help. He also made a big deal about keeping our pace of play up, which is fair — nobody likes slow play. But the ironic part is we were literally waiting on the group in front of us the entire round. I’ve lived here for almost 4 years. They charge out the ass while not bothering to fix anything up ever. While maintenance is very nice, half the time the issue just gets barely fixed and breaks again. They’re very greedy and don’t want to spend money to make sure their properties stay actually nice and not just nice superficially. My water heater broke and so my water bill and electric bills were insanely high and it’s been like pulling teeth to get them to reimburse me for THEIR FAULTY APPLIANCES. When they finally cut me a check it was an absolutely laughable amount. Giving them two stars ONLY because maintenance are nice. Nice golf course. Worst golf gm or front desk manager ever. Guy is grumpy all the time. You'd think golf would make people happy

Golf course is pretty fun, it’s the old guys in the golf shop that bring it down. Every time I go in there they are in a terrible mood, and make you feel like you’re bothering them by playing. I will PREPAY online and won’t be let you on the course, and won’t be allowed a rain check. They have a great evening staff, but the older guys during the day are very unpleasant.

Became a resident recently and was treated like royalty everywhere I went. The pro shop guys were fun to joke around with and the people in the other office are super nice and personable too. Had a blast on the course chasing a ball or twelve around and then smashing some from the pro shop basket into the water to blow off the steam from my round...as if I hadn't already had enough swings in. Gonna bring all my friends here! There's also a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, tanning beds, Billiards and ping pong rec room for residents... luxury resort style living.
