I want to sincerely thank the lease office and maintenance team for their consistently well-maintained property and professional service. Even on heavy snow days, they work hard to keep the walkways, driveways, and parking lots clean and safe for everyone. Their dedication truly shows. Special thanks to James—you’re the best! Your hard work and reliability are greatly appreciated.

Jocelyn was so very patient and helpful in helping me get into my apartment. She kept track of me start to finish. She was very professional through and through and her and James—-the Buildings and Grounds manager, met me to walk through the apartment, answered all my silly questions and were very approachable with follow up questions and concerns. Overall, as far as value is concerned—what you get versus the rate, I’m pretty satisfied with my decision to live here.

We have only been at the Greens for a short time but the experience has been spectacular. The service manager Jose is responsive and uplifting. He has gone above and beyond to make this a place I would enjoy to call home. Joclyn is my main contact and also without her i would be floundering, a big shout out to the whole team for making this a pleasurable place to call home. Thank you

I've been living in this apartment for about 3 months, but I feel like I'm living on the street because my apartment is colder than the street. The air conditioner doesn't heat, and most of the time it doesn't work at all. I'm tired of submitting maintenance requests, but nothing is being fixed. If you want to live in conditions as cold as Alaska and walk around your house in a coat, this apartment is the perfect place for you. I don't want a temporary solution to this problem, I want a real and permanent solution as soon as possible, because winter is coming and I don't want to pay hundreds of dollars to hospitals because of your negligence.

i would like to give Mr. James of the maintenance dept. 5 stars on the great job he did with the snow removal in our complex.
