The Greens at Van De Water

I love living here! The community feels welcoming and the property is well cared for. The front office does a great job organizing events - I don’t always get to attend, but the ones I’ve joined have been fun and thoughtfully put together. What really makes this place stand out is the maintenance team! They are incredibly responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. I’m especially grateful to Dan for showing up at 4 AM when a pipe burst, to Zack for driving in from out of town after hours to rescue me when I accidentally got locked out on my balcony (still makes me laugh!), and to Tristan for saving me when I was panicking over a spider in my car 😂 Any time I need help, they respond quickly and professionally. I’m so grateful for them 💯

We lived at The Greens at Van de Water Apartments and absolutely loved it! The community is quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. The layouts are spacious with modern finishes, and the amenities - from the pool and fitness center to the walking trails - make it such a comfortable and enjoyable place to live. The location is perfect too, close to shopping, dining, and easy access to I-25. The staff and maintenance team were always friendly and quick to help whenever we needed anything. It really felt like home. And we actually miss it! As a local real estate agent in the Loveland and Northern Colorado area, I always appreciate communities that are this well-kept and thoughtfully designed. ⭐️ 1 Star — COMPLETE SCAM. MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE. I’m furious. We pay our rent on time every single month — over $2,400 when our lease says $2,173 — and yet management still finds ways to bother us, harass us, and make living here miserable. How does that make sense? You pay them faithfully and they treat you like a problem. Nothing ever gets fixed, the neighbors are constantly yelling and causing chaos, and when you report it, they turn around and report YOU out of pure spite. What kind of management does that? Absolutely pathetic. You can’t even have your dog sit on the patio without getting threatened with some ridiculous violation notice. The office won’t even let you walk in to talk about your concerns anymore — everything has to be emailed, and of course, they NEVER reply. Zero commun

⭐️ 1 Star — RUN FAR AWAY! COMPLETE SCAM AND WORST MANAGEMENT EVER! I am BEYOND angry with this place. It’s an absolute SCAM from top to bottom. The management here is a joke — they do NOTHING, ignore every issue, and treat tenants like garbage. Nothing ever gets fixed, neighbors scream and fight all night, and when you finally report it, they turn around and REPORT YOU out of spite! Unreal. We signed a lease for $2,173 a month, but somehow we’ve been paying over $2,400 every month because of all their ridiculous, made-up fees. They add charges that make zero sense and refuse to explain them. It’s robbery. You can’t even have your DOG sitting peacefully on the patio without getting a warning. The office literally locked their doors and stopped letting people come in to talk about problems —

This is the most beautiful, nicest staff, and accommodating complex I have lived in. 10/10 recommend.
