The Greens at Pine Hill I & II

The women who work in this office are some of the most unprofessional ppl I’ve ever dealt with. I waited two years on the waiting list just for them to play me so bad, leaving me and my toddler daughter HOMELESS. I literally cried on the phone and they showed no concern about it but gave me other places I absolutely could not afford. All summer I worked to get all needed information just for them to tell me bc I worked overtime I made too much. If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would. I’ve never been so heartbroken and angry before. They are so careless with their tenants I don’t understand how they haven’t gotten shut down yet.

Used to live here. It had its advantages and disadvantages. Knowledge excessively increased (which was the reason why my parent and I moved out here so I could have better education) and I very much benefited from that. I’ve heard Wendy left, she was so sweet and I wish her the best of luck. I left around 2021. There was a lot of unnecessary drama randomly involving me in the Greens 1 so I took the initiative to leave in 2021. Right now I am living much more comfortably in a different area. Less neighborhood drama. Well NO neighborhood drama they love me! Living around Lindenwold area (or pine hill) isn’t for the weak and many of us could quietly vouch for that lol!😂

It’s been very nice living here. I lived here for two years and not had a problem. Very quiet and the people are very pleasant here.

I love living here. It's peaceful and quiet. The apartments are beautiful. I moved in when they updated. Very spacious. Brand new full size washer and dryer in each apartment. It's also nice having a balcony. It's the nicest complex in the area plus there is a pool. Maintenance is great. I only had one small problem and they came out right away and fixed the clogged drain. The ladies in the leasing office are very helpful and were supportive when I first moved here. I would say if your thinking about moving here go for The Greens 1 instead of 2 if u wanna be close to the leasing office and the pool. I personally think the one with the leasing office is updated better. There's a lot of walking area in the complex and a lot of stores are close by plus the bus stops right in front of the comp

I've been on the list for a 1 bedroom apartment for over a year now. Every time I call to see what number in line I am, the number continuesly changes. It goes from 115 to 111 to 116 to 114. And when I talked to the actual leasing manager 5 months ago ,she said that I was number 50. Then when I called the following month to talk to the leasing manager, I was told that they didn't have a leasing manager anymore. And that the leasing manager didn't know what she was talking about.
