Cedar Brook Apartments

Absolutely do NOT move here. This place is a nightmare. To begin: it cannot be overstated how little they care about their tenants. Water damage without response to complaints, moldy air conditioning units, a disregard for website advertised services, and barely plowing or shoveling after snowstorms; even for reserved handicapped spots (which is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act). Matter of fact, after the most recent storm there were less spots than usual for tenants to park so people parked where they could. In response the owners sent an email threatening towing at the owner's expense. Pictures of such things are attached. They advertise a tennis court on their website but the court has no net and a door that's been ripped off the hinges. They've also had a pool that'

Renting at Cedar Brook Apartments was one of the worst decisions I ever made. They are slum lords. Please save yourself time and the headache of floods, bugs and mold. They are the most courteous people when trying to sell you an apartment but trust and believe me if you rent here you will regret it.

I have called and checked several apartment communities in South Jersey and while most didn't call me back or didn't have the time to address my questions, I was pleasantly surprised at the professional courtesy that the manager of Cedar Brook Apartments in Pine Hills provided. Mr. King took the time to answer all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed. He showed a sincere understanding and patience. He showed me around the property and explained all of the amenities without any pressure. As I make my final decision, I felt the need to extend a thank you to Mr. Isaac King and the professionalism of the management staff. The property is well maintained and managed and you can tell that the management staff cares.

This place is beautiful. The staff is very professional and pleasant. I was conducting search to find a nice apartment for a reasonable price was surprised to come across Cedar Brook apartments. The property manager Mr. King was extremely helpful. Mr. King’s knowledge of the area and warm friendly personality made my tour of the grounds super enjoyable.
