The Greens at Oklahoma City Apartments

I lived at the Greens for 10 months in the newest addition. I originally moved in for the price, it was a good price for a new 1 bedroom apartment in OKC. The first month of moving in dozens of cars were broken into. Parking atelast in the newest addition is a nightmare. If you get home after 7pm you are guaranteed to not have a parking spot near your building. For the most part my experience was alright for the 10 months. The gym had everything I needed to workout with. My final straw was when I moved out and questioned about my $300 deposit. I was told, $180 would be kept for cleaning and painting purposes. Mind you this was a new building when I moved in and I only lived there for 10 months. I lived at my last apartment for 4 years and received every single penny back from my deposit!!!

would give zero stars if we could. My daughter's apt is currently unlivable due to flooding that is the fault of the complex and they won't allow a transfer to another unit without a new dep or application fee and are refusing any sort of discount on rent. Basically, the answer from the complex and corporate is "not our problem".

About a year ago there was a string of car windows from around the complex being broken into constantly. Nothing was done about this. Another review is about this as well. Now it has started again. And I’m sure they won’t do anything about it. So do not come live here I would not recommend. If I could give them 0 stars I would. It’s not worth the price increasing and the fact that we pay for a lot of things we do not actually have is ridiculous. The pictures are cropped for privacy purposes but the apartments are in the background.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance is exceptional. I am very pleased with living here. With such a caring management I highly recommend The Greens!

The Greens at Oklahoma City is a great complex to live in if you like to drive a car that has no windows in it. Photos were taken 10/16/2022. My car has been broken into 3 times in this complex.
