The Greens at Cross Court

Our experience at Greens at Cross Court had both positives (quiet environment and lovely neighbors) and challenges. During our tenancy, we noticed that certain fixtures and flooring showed visible wear at move-in. In hindsight, clearer and more detailed documentation at that stage would have helped prevent later disagreements. At move-out, we encountered disputes regarding alleged damages that we do not believe were caused during our tenancy. Although some adjustments were eventually made, the process was stressful and lacked the level of transparency we expected. Greater clarity around documentation, repair justification, and dispute handling would have improved our move out experience. I enjoy living at The Greens at Cross Court. The complex is kept clean and up-to-date. The maintenance staff is very responsive, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Generally, the complex is quiet and everyone adheres to noise regulations. The office staff (the apartment manager and her assistant) are great, always friendly, always very willing to help in anyway possible.

If you like cockroaches and dog poop, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! Just try not to point it out too much to the office, otherwise they'll start to "forget" to respond to your emails. They'll also try to shift responsibility to you as a "community member," but it's not my job as a paying tenant to tell other dog owners to clean up after their dogs. While living in this complex, I would clean up after other people's dogs in the communal dog parks on a DAILY basis. I can count on one hand the number of days that I DIDN'T clean up poop from mystery dogs in the complex. Do yourself a favor and live literally anywhere else. I've had nothing but positive experiences while renting here. The office staff at "The Greens" (Becky and Stacy) were warm, friendly, helpful, and very professional. The maintenance guys (Chris and Briar) were also very professional, They were prompt, thorough, and tidy. The grounds were maintained beautifully. It was a pleasure living there and I will miss it!

The staff in the leasing office seems (my opinion from experience) a bit racist. I lived there for 3 years and my neighbor over top of me would place dead rats on my walkway, I informed the office nothing happened. Another neighbor approached me with an aggressive dog and he went to the office and made up a lie that the staff supported. The staff also try to give me an incorrect security deposit back. Totally less than what I gave them in the beginning of my lease.. I WOULD NEVER RENT HERE AGAIN! They will steal from you as the tenant. Not even worth a star in my opinion for these so called wanna be luxury apartments. BTW; IHAVE EMAILS TO BACK MY CLAIMS, I have no reason to lie! My rent was on time never late! I paid a week ahead sometimes! So please, don’t think I’m irresponsible or a slo
