Julie Stevenson and Shore Living Real Estate did not meet my expectations as a realtor. When picking a realtor we interviewed several and decided to go with Shore Living Real Estate. Julie was very responsive in the beginning of the sale, however once the house went under contract her service began to decline. Her communication was lacking and she did not seem organized. She failed to send the closing address until 30 minutes before closing although we requested the address multiple times in the day leading up to closing. She also assured us she would be present for closing and cancelled 30 minutes prior and has not made any effort to contact us since. I am very disappointed the company and her as a real estate agent. She came well prepared with all the details to help us make an informed decision.
