The Grayson Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at The Grayson and truly appreciate everything Leo (Property Manager), Million (maintenance), and Jimmy (front desk) have done to make my move-in and first few months seamless. I’ve lived in larger, more corporate properties before, and the personal attention and accessibility of the team here really stand out. The smaller, boutique feel of the building, paired with such attentive service, has made a noticeable difference and made The Grayson feel like home.

I moved in a couple of months ago, and just wanted to say that Leo is absolutely amazing! I moved from another apartment complex down the road, where the leasing office was hard to work with, wouldn’t help me with issues, and was always giving me the run around on issues I had for two years. With the Grayson, I had an issue when I first moved in, and Leo immediately remedied the problem. With Leo, not only do you get someone who is easy to work with, responsive, and a great point of contact, but also a genuine and awesome person. He really cares about the residents, and it shows. Definitely nice seeing him around, he’s always willing to chat whether it is apartment related or just to get to know the residents. Major selling point for the apartment.

Planning a move closer to the city without being "in the city!" This place is Perfectly sized, very competitive pricing and tucked right near the metro. But with all the amenities aside, the staff made the tour and the apartments seem that much more like home. Being on so many "self-guided" or virtual tours, it was refreshing to actually have an agent onsite to walk and talk us through the creature comforts of the building. Leo is hands down the best guy! Genuinely the single point of contact for everything Grayson and he made the decision Really easy for us to sign a lease with this place. Beautiful property, great location, Its a Must See. "Thank Me Later!!"

I moved here a couple of months ago and it’s been such a great experience. Leo goes above and beyond — he’s always available, extremely helpful, and truly makes you feel taken care of. The entire move-in process was seamless and any small issue has been handled right away. It’s rare to find management this attentive. Couldn’t be happier!

I enjoyed my time living at the Grayson and fulfilling a personal goal of living in Alexandria, VA. Unfortunately, my chapter here has come to a close. Although brief, my experience with the new management team has shown that they have a strong understanding of what it takes to build a community, and they are genuinely supportive through both good and challenging moments. The team has exciting plans for the coming year to continue building a sense of community and creating that “home” feeling at the Grayson. I wish them all the best moving forward.
