The Graphic Lofts Apartments

Amazing so far!! Thank you for your help during my move in! Everything was easy and smooth. I was notified with plenty of time to get all move in requirements completed. The Leasing Office is very informative and helpful! The building has a bunch of unique amenities too. Very excited for my stay here. Big thank you again to the on-site team, very impressive!

Moved to Boston from LA a little over two years ago and found this gem of a place to call home ever since. Moved into a studio and it's such a cute, well maintained spot. Maintenance always fixes issues so quickly, and everything in the apartment is up to date. Neighbors are friendly and respectful, amenities are always clean, but the standout is the staff. Braden and Nick always go above and beyond! My partner and I decided we wanted to live together so they helped us find a bigger unit and made the transition as seamless as possible. Even through tech issues and delayed third party issues, they were communicative, polite, helpful, and honest. Whatever we needed, Braden and Nick got it done. There are some wonderful employees at the Graphic Lofts, and the adjacent Foundation Kitchen group is marvelous. Nonetheless, the inefficiencies of this leasing agency could make a person truly crazy. I enjoyed meeting new friends here but look forward to moving out post haste.

I've lived at the Graphic Lofts for around a year, and my experience has been stellar! The apartments are clean and spacious (the studios have very high ceilings with a modern aesthetic), the management staff are super friendly and responsive, and the maintenance staff are quick and helpful! I also appreciate the gym which is larger and more well-equipped than other apartment complexes. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the Graphic Lofts and would recommend it to others in a heartbeat.

Lived there for year and moved recently closer to work. Great experience overall, working with the leasing office has always been a pleasant interaction (working with Braden is great). Amenities are great, rooftop is one of the best, and everyone is very nice.
