Mediate has gone above and beyond helping oversee our organization's multiple properties. Working with Yana our Mediate property manager; she has helped us to achieve optimal pricing with vendors, is available every day of the week (including days off and holidays), and provides unparalleled knowledge of building systems & best solutions for issues that have been invaluable to the functioning of our organization. Our superintendent from Mediate, Cesar, is equally as strong an asset to our team as there is no task too difficult for him to take on, and his gregarious and friendly demeanor make working together a joy. Would highly recommend Mediate as a property management company to work with.

I needed to repair the hot water in my guest bathroom shower, and the entire Mediate Management team was extremely professional and efficient throughout the scheduling and repair process. Everyone — Yana, Nia, Danielle, and Javier — was very friendly and patient, and they left a strong impression on me with their wonderful job. I would also like to express my special thanks to Nia. She handled most of the communication, coordinated everything exceptionally well, and was a tremendous help to me.

I have been so impressed by the techs who have provided various maintenance services to us in our Back Bay apartment. All have been polite, effective, efficient, and professional. Kudos to Hassan, a manager who has helped out in the apartment, Javier the plumber, and both Leo and Mauricio!

Our building had a touchy personnel issue arise where it seemed verifiable, actionable facts would be hard to find. Mediate not only did so thoroughly and quickly but also provided the analysis, clarity and experienced HR advice we needed to resolve the issue, including some legal advice to further back it up. We have not previously had to call on this expertise, but we certainly appreciated having this service (and others) available to us and having things handled so well.
