I've been enjoying my stay here immensely. The place is well maintained, my move-in was easy, the fees have been clearly communicated, and the unit is quite comfortable. There's stores within walking distance and good accomodations for dogs if you have one.

I have been living at this complex for close to three years now. The apartment itself is clean and refurbished, but for the price it's very small without much walkability. That isn't my problem with it. I have had a malfunctioning air conditioning unit for months. I've placed seven service requests and they are never able to fix the issue. Now, in the dead of summer, they have stopped responding to my service requests for over almost two weeks now. Middle of summer heat, inside temps reaching up to 80 degrees, no response from maintenance. If you call the front desk during hours you better hope someone is there, because if you leave a message with urgency they haven't once returned my call. I’ve had a good experience living at this apartment complex. The staff are very kind and easy to talk to, and it’s clear they care about the residents. The property manager handles responsibilities at two locations, which sometimes means things take a bit longer than expected, but they do their best to stay on top of everything. Overall, the team is helpful and friendly, and the environment feels welcoming.

Property management is very unprofessional unpredictable and lack basic communication skills. This has been the worse moving process I have experienced. I was recommended this complex via a prior resident who enjoyed their stay however I have experienced nothing but frustration and anger with this community. Allyson was a good rental agent however her manager doesn’t trust her to do her job correctly considering he’s micromanaging from a distance without clarifying any additional information that would be required to move forward with a process that started three months ago. Aswell as I was promised keys by the time they created a third lease with a third move in date on it. Very inconsistent and inconsiderable people that I no longer want to do business with anymore. I will not be paying

I’ve been living at my apartment for about a year now. Haven’t had any major problems. It’s a pretty quiet area. The only issue I would like fixed is the entryway at my unit. The light is dim and so when coming in late at night, you can’t see so that should be fixed and I wish there was an entry pathway to get to the garbage cans so it wouldn’t make it harder for women at night taking trash out!
