I have never been spoken to so terribly by someone in a professional setting. Tarvis yelled at me, and laughed at me saying “it’s funny you think you know your rights when you don’t know how anything works.” This was after he was trying to take money out of my deposit for something that was permitted in my lease. I told him that I felt like I was being taken advantage of, therefore I wanted to speak with an attorney, and that angered him a lot. After all that, I got my money back because I was right. It definitely felt like he was trying to use intimidation to extort money from me. I would never recommend using this property management agency.

Not a very professional business, does not return calls for weeks at a time and will not complete maintenance if needed. Phone calls lacked compassion and will not recommend.
