The Grand Reserve at Maitland Park

I just moved in and my closet wire fell. Since I had only one more day to take care of the issue and with maintenance not being able to come in my apartment because of the alarm, Miguel provided exceptional maintenance service in my apartment. His workmanship was thorough, he communicated clearly throughout the process, and he treated my home with respect. I’m very satisfied with the results and would definitely request him again.

Recently toured here. I didn't want to believe the bad reviews and hoped they were older and things had been improved. Immediately when we walked in there was a smell of mildew in the apartment. Within minutes of walking in my partner opened a cabinet and found multiple dead roaches and evidence of a leak. The agent giving us a tour didn't seem to be at all concerned. She didn't take pictures or look at it, just stayed by the counter and said she'd make a note. We continued to find dead roaches just laying on the carpet in the bedroom. Again, did not seem to be a concern. I asked about reviews that had mentioned issues with pests and was told that it was due to "a few problem tenants that unfortunately effected others". Which seemed odd considering we were in an empty apartment prepared

5 stars goes to, Chris, on the maintenance team! I had a work order in for months about my faucet, along with the laundry door issues. Prior maintenance men told me they could not fix it due to them not having the tools or having to order parts, they never came back with an up date on this (stemming from months). Chris came recently & completed all my open orders within 30 minutes! No special parts needed. Thank you Chris for being so prompt with my ongoing concerns!! He truly made my day!!

I love my apartment! There were a few things that needed to be fixed when I moved in and between Juan, Chris and Johnny they made sure to get everything fixed. I've noticed lots of people have issues with the trash so I don't understand why everyone doesn't take out their own trash!! I don't know why valet trash is still being offered when most of the time it's not being done. I wish we could get our stairways pressure washed but overall I love my apartment and I keep it nice and clean!

I love it here! These 9 months have been amazing. The staff is always nice, approachable, and supportive. The maintenance team works quickly and fixes things the first time around. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.
