If you're not low income and make about median salary you will enjoy these. The 1bdrm is about 870 Sq ft and I pay $1095/mo. This includes trash, internet and cable. These are very spacious apartments with laundry rooms and units in them with shelving and cabinets. It's very well lit at night and they are strict on parking. The bad reviews were from covid but everything has been reopened again. The gym is nice and pool is nice. My concern is potential rent increases in the future. The new management is doing good things here. Maintenance is on top of their game here and have fixed things immediately. It's safe here as well. I have been a resident for roughly 7 years. I truly enjoy living here. The office staff and managers are super nice. They always greet everyone with respect and help in anyway they can. Maintenance is super quick and friendly. Brad, Justin and Sergio will respond to any issues quickly and always explain what is wrong.

I have been living here going on 4 years. The Maintenance crew is awesome! Brad, Justin and Sergio do a great job! Whenever I contact them over any maintenance issues they get the work done within a day or two, according to what I am needing done. They really care about the people here, and making sure our apartments are kept up. I really appreciate everything they do!

My fiancé and I have lived here for about a year and we love it. Everyone is so nice and the staff is super helpful! I am writing this review specifically for Brad and his team, Sergio and Justin. We had our AC unit stop working suddenly and in the heat of the summer, I definitely consider this an emergency. Today was a holiday and the office was closed, so I left a message on the Emergency number provided to us. A few hours later Brad was able to come to our unit and figure out the issue. I am very grateful he took time out of his holiday off to come and fix our unit day of!

I’ve lived at the Grand for 5 years and I have to say the management and maintenance staff is outstanding! Friendly, helpful and attentive…and the response time to questions or maintenance issues is always amazing. I sent a request for a/c maintenance at 4:25 pm yesterday, knowing it would be handled first thing the next day…well they outdid themselves and were here within an hour to fix it!!! I can’t say enough good things about this team…they are simply the best!!!
