The Governor (Apartments)

The Governor Apartments used to be a lovely place to live. Now, not so much: * Frequent staff turnover * Community laundry room is unsanitary * Common-area rugs are soiled * Frequent overflowing dumpster * Computer center is unusable * On-going boiler issues frequently leaves the building with no heat or hot water * Elevator frequently breaks down, sometimes for weeks at a time * Flowering hedges are dead/dying and sparse
