Management is fantastic! She is incredibly helpful and has done an excellent job upgrading the property. Even the small improvements like fresh paint and installing locks on access doors, have made a noticeable difference. I’ve been a resident for four years, and the rent has remained affordable throughout that time. While there’s always room for additional upgrades, I truly have no complaints. The neighbors are friendly, and the property is consistently well-maintained and clean.

I was a resident at this property for several years, and overall I had a great experience. While there were some challenges in the past with management being a bit unorganized, things completely turned around once the new property manager took over. She came in and really made a difference. The building itself is older, but anytime I needed something, she was quick to respond and get maintenance out promptly. Communication improved a lot, and it was clear she genuinely cared about keeping the property running smoothly and residents taken care of. I eventually had to move out of state, but I truly enjoyed my time living there and appreciate the positive changes that were made. I’m grateful for the experience and would definitely recommend this property under the current management.

Lived at this place since 2021 and just moved out this January. All I can say is the building was OK at first, but since they replaced the manger, it went down hill. Now it takes forever for things to get fixed. They don't check parking passes anymore, so anyone can park without a pass, and they don't enforce the rules like they use to, now tenants play loud music all day and night and theirs trash all over the place. Homeless people sleeping outside the building. Skip this place for sure.

Management was nice, but the whole complex is infested with roaches. Tenants cars got broken into regularly. All the mailboxes get broken into every tax season. I've had packages get stolen from outside my door. There is not sufficient parking for all tenants so you will need to find street parking or park in the neighborhoods across the street. For a place that is supposed to be your home, your safe space, it does not feel safe or secure. The rent here is "affordable" for a reason.

Terrible place to live. Never no parking on site so you will have to park across the highway, loud music and dogs barking all day and night, roaches and flees all around the building, homeless people always in or around the building. The manager is never available or in the office even though she's lives in the building, Do yourself a favor and skip this one.
