Where to start ! This used to be a nice place to live four years ago ! Since the new owners (whoever they are ) obviously have turned it into section 8 ! Our first apartment here flooded with sewage and the owners could care less ! It was a holiday and they didn’t care that it was unlivable and we had to spend our money to get a hotel room . Well we got the run around from some lady and they promised a different apartment for us … so me knowing there was an empty one across from us we took initiative and moved all our stuff that wasn’t ruined over into it . So the sewage thing is an ongoing issue but in this apartment it politely blasts you in the face every morning to wake you up ! Good afternoon. I'm just being patient with the way things are unfolding. I understand that there's more going on in the background. I'm hoping that we will be met with higher quality standards for the stairs, railings and deck throughout the property.

WELL 5 STARS TO 1 STAR IN 4 MONTHS! BECAUSE 4 MICE IN 4 MONTHS THAT I CAUGHT! TRASH LAYING EVERYWHERE NEAR AND AROUND COMPACTOR DOESN'T HELP! NO HELP AT ALL FROM OFFICE. POPCORN CEILING PAINT PEELING. PAINT ON WALLS BUBBLING UP. DONT BELIEVE PEST CONTROL EVEN EXIST HERE. BUT WE PAYING IT WITH RENT.
