I've had family members that have lived there. One of the apartment managers named Wendy never stayed in the office long enough for anyone to talk to her and the new one there now is straightfoward and very rude ! Her job is to be there and listen to the people who need to talk to her and not act like she's better than them !!!!!

the voicemail for the emergency line is cut and dry unprofessional! This housing community would rather their residents live in squalor rather than get up and do their job. very disappointing call the emergency line and press 3 than 2 very unprofessional shame on the entire staff and management

Currently living there been there for almost three years never any problems till currently. 1) The property manager (David)is never on site never returned your phone calls or emails if he is there office is always locked 2) my air conditioner has been out for 3 weeks(mind you we in tha south and I do have children)gave me a portable ventilation but only in one room and it’s not installed correctly. One minute it’s tha motor now tha Maintenance man says he honestly don’t know what wrong with it. Talk with one of the higher ups but she than says I can’t call her when there a problem need to talk to the manager but how if he’s never in. Went to the office earlier today and again he’s not there. But than have nerve to want the rent paid on time. Smh but it’s ok they my mother an attorney will
