I’m so grateful to have found this apartment after months of searching! The location is very strategic—exactly what I’m used to from living and working in different countries. The building is extremely clean, well-maintained, and has great facilities. I especially love the indoor heated pool that you can enjoy year-round. The staff is incredibly responsive. Anytime I need maintenance or a repair, they handle it quickly and professionally. They also keep residents updated with newsletters, timely announcements, and fun community events. Safety is another big plus for me. The layout and design of the apartments really suit renters and busy people like myself. 🚫❌IMPORTANT❌🚫 This management is predatory, dishonest, and abusive. After three years of being a responsible tenant paying rent on time and leaving the apartment in excellent condition they withheld $300 from my deposit and are now demanding I pay for a brand-new carpet. So we were charged $287.92 for carpet replacement. This is your responsibility, not ours. The threats from management and the collectors they work with are unacceptable. The lease itself proves their claim is false. It only states: “At termination of the Lease by lapse of time or otherwise the TENANT shall be responsible to thoroughly clean and restore the Apartment to excellent condition. Cleaning and minor repairs not done by TENANT, including but not limited to wall washing, cleaning kitchen appliances, bath fixture
The maintenance team at Glenview Luxury Apartments is hands down the best. They are awesome, fast, and always on top of any maintenance issue that comes up. Juan, the maintenance supervisor, does an excellent job managing everything and making sure things get done right. His team, Luis and Paul, are just as great — very kind, professional, and friendly. You can really tell they care about the residents and take pride in their work. I truly appreciate the entire maintenance team and the great service they provide.
We lived at 2600 Golf Road on the 7th floor for two years. We had zero issues when we moved in, during our stay, or when we moved out. We got our full security deposit back. All maintenance requests were handled immediately. The building has everything you need — pool, gym, party room, patio. I really love the location: parking is always available, and all the stores are nearby — Fresh Farms, Walgreens, Walmart, Marshalls, Target, etc. If we ever moved back to Glenview, we’d probably rent here again at 2600 Golf Road. By the way, I’ve read the negative reviews, and most of them are about the 2-story building next to it. I don’t know what the conditions are there, but the 10-story building we lived in was great!
AVOID LIVING HERE AT ALL COSTS. LOOK AT THE OTHER REVIEWS AND BELEIVE THEM. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $500-600 WHEN YOU MOVE OUT FOR CARPET REPLACEMENTS EVEN IF THEY ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION. I lived here for 17 months and wish I never would have signed the lease. The rent is very high and there is nothing luxury about the apartments. They will also take advantage of you and charge you $500-600 when you move out to replace the carpet in the unit even if it is perfect condition. Look at the attached photos from when I moved out and tell me there are any issues with the carpets. There are multiple other reviews from past tenants stating the exact same thing, that they were also charged ridiculous carpet replacement fees when they moved out even though the carpet was in perfect condition.
