Midtown Square

I’ve had a great experience living here. The maintenance team is fantastic—always friendly and quick to take care of any repairs or installations. The office staff are just as great: welcoming, helpful, and great to work with. They communicated any changes, local events, and helped keep the living experience a joy. The property is very well maintained, and you can tell the staff really care about keeping things in good shape. The location in the heart of Glenview is also hard to beat—close to everything but still feels peaceful. Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to live and a great place to put down roots. I highly recommend it.

Midtown Square is an excellent place to live. The building is very well run top to bottom! The entire staff is helpful, friendly and really good at their jobs. The condo was in excellent shape when I moved in and anything I needed was taken care of in a very timely manner. I loved the in-town location which will only get more fun with all the new restaurants in town.

Midtown Square is a wonderful place to call home! My family and I lived there for almost 2 years. We had a lovely and private unit which was well appointed. The grounds and building are always kept clean, the location couldn’t be better!! You are steps from the train, library, parks, and restaurants. The staff, from management to maintenance, are just amazing! I would highly recommend Midtown Square!

I enjoyed living here from late 2023 through mid 2024. Just prior to moving here, I rented from three different properties – none came close to providing Midtown Square’s level and quality of service. I was provided with timely, step-by-step status updates through each step of the application process. Each of my maintenance requests were promptly resolved. I appreciated being able to reserve an elevator for both move in and out. The fitness area was stellar and even allowed for casting of fitness videos from my phone to a big screen. The entire property was consistently in tip-top shape, both maintenance and cleaning, and all staff were professional and friendly.
