The Glen at Briargate

My boyfriend and I love this place. I’ve had the pleasure of living at The Parc at Briargate a few years back. It was great. I like the space and have always adored the floor plans. Speed up to present time, my boyfriend and I wanted to move in together looking for the perfect (or close to it) apartment to move in together for the first time. I told him how much I loved The Parc, after some conversations we settled on The Glen at Briargate and are extremely pleased with our decision. We had a few hiccups while living there for the first few months but let me tell you, maintenance is super attentive and helpful, the staff here is remarkable, the complex is so beautiful (with some apartments facing the mountains), easy access to everyday needs (Walmart being 3 minutes away and a mall acros

I love living here, even about to renew my lease. The staff is amazing, friendly and always helpful. The maintenance is also great, any issues get handled right away. Johnny and Chase just done inspections, changing the filters and batteries. Asked if we had any issues they needed to address, even though there was no issues. I have lived in a few places throughout colorado springs and I really love it here, and on top of it all they are so reasonably priced too. The neighborhood is great too, everyone is nice and feels really safe to live.

Getting charged for stuff that they said would be replaced while I was living there for almost two years. All of a sudden there’s no documentation of my requests from move in and I’m responsible at the time of move out. The costs of the apartments are too high for the condition compared to surrounding apartments. Go with the other options. Extremely run down, appliances old, office is unprofessional. Was told I shouldn’t have signed the leasing agreement if something was missing, but the paperwork was online and signed electronically from the leasing office and I wasn't notified of the said replacement until AFTERWARDS at pick-up. We enjoyed the time we had at the Glen. It's a lovely location and staff is friendly and maintenance generally gets this done quickly. However, Move in and Move Out were awful experiences for us. Many things were not right on Move In - most significantly appliances not working such as our fridge and washer. At Move Out when we left the apartment we were charged close to $600 after leaving the apartment in excellent condition. Their reasoning for the charges were that we had to pay them because that's what their vendor charged. Beware the move out addendum is very misleading, making it appear they won't charge you.

Me and my wife moved into ‘The Glen at Briargate’ 3 months ago and have only had the best experiences. It’s quiet, neighbors are respectful, and the maintenance is amazing and fast. Johnny and Chase were the guys that showed up to fix a plumbing issue in my apartment and they were especially professional and courteous. They came in, did the job, and were gone before my kids woke or even noticed anyone had been there.
