It’s been a full year since Gina Letourneau and The Masiello Group assisted my family in the purchase of a home on Lake Androscoggin in Wayne. We live in Florida so this was an out-of-town purchase for a vacation home, and I agreed to let Gina represent us and the seller, something I would never do in Florida, but Maine is different, and I just trusted that Gina would do the right thing. Because we live in another place and she represented both parties, she had to do everything even some things that the buyer would normally be responsible for if they were able to do so.
