Gracelawn Luxury Apartments

I am relocating to Auburn from out of state and have been trying to reach someone in the rental office to schedule a tour of the property and to discuss making Gracelawn my new home. That being said, I have done everything, in my power, to reach someone. I’ve called and left messages; I’ve put in online requests for a tour and have never received any email confirmations; and I have messaged them on Facebook messenger. I will keep trying to reach someone; but, I have to say that it’s extremely frustrating that the rental office is so unresponsive.

This is not about the apartments it's about being to speak with someone about renting. It's been impossible. No one responds to emails. When you are able to leave a message no one returns the call. It's ridiculous!

No one will return emails, calls, website inquiries, or texts.

Having same troubles others mention----can't get anyone to communicate with me.
