Property used to be beautiful before being sold and tossed around by management companies. I keep trying to give the newest management company a chance or the benefit of the doubt when they say that "this is a project property" and that things will get better. But in the last 4-5 months, I have had the worst experience I've ever had renting. I have lived here for over 6 years now, and I am disappointed. The people here were really friendly and felt like a community. All of the long timers have moved out and the others that have stayed only because they have no other choice until they find something worse. Lived here since 2018 - 2025, have seen 3 different managements with the same old promises and plans on what they want to do with the apartment complex. Nothing was ever done other than cutting trees down, minor lawn care and sealing off fireplaces. Living here was nothing but murders, shootings, break ins, raids, drug deals, homeless people digging through the dumpsters, other people dumping their trash and causing it to get full quickly, and etc. I'm not even over-exaggerating, but yet they want to charge you over $2,000 for a luxurious apartment while living in the straight GHETTO. Our apartment specifically had a leaking problem even before we moved in back in 2018. Our ceiling had visible water stains from before and from constant water leaks. I can honestly say that these ladies have been very helpful and have answered any questions I have. Their customer service is great, and they are always busy, it was heart warming to see them outside in the rain picking up trash which let's me know that they really care.

The new management at the George is amazing. All the ladies in the office are very professional and lovely to speak with they care about all their tenants as well as very reliable if you find any problems with your unit. Not to mention the cleanliness of the entire complex. They have a park gym and pool! If you’re thinking about moving here don’t think, DO! Me and my daughters love it here !!

I took a tour of The George last Saturday, and the leasing agent, Kiunah, was extremely professional and friendly. I truly enjoyed the experience and am definitely considering making this my next home.
