The Gauge Apartments

My kids and I were glad to live at the Gauge apts for 22 months. Our 2BR 2BA was one of the nicest places we’ve ever called home. As a tall guy, I appreciated the high (9’ I think) ceilings, the new appliances, and the laminate flooring. The appliances, and central air, as well as the LED ceiling lights, all worked perfectly, and created a modern and convenient home. Plenty of large windows made for a light-filled apartment. Large bathtubs were perfect! We rarely had maintenance issues because the apts. were new when we moved in, but the few maintenance requests we had were responded to promptly… shout out to Phil the maintenance man! The property manager, Christina O’Brien, was seriously the best, and most caring, manager/landlady I’ve ever had, and also very nice and easy to commun

We are very pleased to live in The Gauge Apartments. We love the layout of the apartment. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary equipment. We have a great view from the window. To our delight, the apartments are pet-friendly, so we have the joy of living with our pet. The manager Christina is friendly and competent. The yard of the apartment is well-kept and clean, as well as the buildings of the Apartments. Neighbors are friendly. Great place to live.

The Gauge Apartments are beautiful, clean and quiet. A place to thrive, and a place to be. We have no drugs. We have nice friendly people that are living here. We have Christina as the Manager here and is a jewel. She is a treasure, always helps and she always has an ear for you. We also have Maintenance, Phil the man. He keeps our lawn green and luscious and fixes things the best he can. So if anything is broken, you call Phil the man!

I really enjoyed living here during my time—almost a full year. It was my first apartment, and it felt like a great place to start.
