Renee was awesome. I rented a condo from harmony for about a year and a half. Every time I came in to pay my rent, Renee and her staff were fantastic. There were absolutely no issues at all. Durango has some disreputable people in this industry, but harmony is by far the best. In my eight years in Durango I dealt with several other companies. I really appreciated everything harmony did for me, and their relaxed and professional manner in which they did it. I very seldom write good reviews. This is one of them.

Really happy living here. The property manager (Amanda) gets things done timely, efficiently and is great with communication. The property itself if well maintained and if there is ever an issue (like trash over flow) they get right on it and are very responsive. Same with when my dishwasher broke. Very happy here so far!

Incredibly unprofessional. We booked a showing with Renee, and she stood us up without so much as a phone call or a text. Waited there for over half an hour before we left. She finally got ahold of us over a day later and said she "could have made it but she forgot." So we decided to be generous and forgive her, schedule another showing with her and this time she FORGOT AGAIN, double booked the showing with another group, and stood us both up without any communication! We waited for almost an hour and both our group and the other group tried calling her multiple times, and she declined our calls!!
